Our mission is to build brands and businesses that help more people live a fit life. All projects we get involved in have an authentic pursuit of building more Fit Citizens.

Debra founded and served as the CEO of Row House and under her guidance, Row House experienced substantial growth and a 1066 ranking on the INC.com 5000 list. Through a strategic partnership with Xponential Fitness, she scaled the Row House brand from one studio to triple digits – all within six years - and continues to acts as an advisor to the company.

  • Generated triple digit growth for Row House

  • Featured Inc. 5000 list two years in a row (2020 and 2021) due to Growth

  • Went from a Bootstrapped brand to Participating in the XPONENTIAL FITNESS IPO
