The Business of Wellness - Well To Do Podcast with Debra Strougo
Let's talk about the business of wellness…
Debra Strougo Frohlich launched boutique studio, Row House in 2014 with her husband with Eric. Their intention from the outset was to take the concept to the masses and using a franchise model led by Xponential Fitness, there are now almost 100 Row House studios in operation and 300 studios committed to.
In this episode, we talk about Debra’s hobby job as a fitness instructor and how along with her experience in digital analytics, content and tourism, she combined her skills and passion to create a remarkable business. We also discuss the importance of understanding your consumer, disrupting the market, making tough decisions and the benefits of bootstrapping early on.
Debra’s biggest piece of advice, ‘see the lesson in every single thing that happens, take note of that lesson and keep moving’.
